1. Services Provided
M.g Cleaning Company provides professional cleaning services, including:
Commercial and Office Cleaning: Routine or one-off maintenance for professional and corporate spaces.
Residential and Private Home Cleaning: General upkeep and deep-cleaning for private residences.
Holiday Rental and Airbnb Turnover: Detailed cleaning, staging, and laundry services for the hospitality market.
End of Lease Cleaning: Comprehensive deep-cleaning specifically designed to meet bond return standards.
Presales Cleaning: High-detail presentation cleaning to maximize property value for real estate listings.
Strata and Common Area Maintenance: Ongoing cleaning and care for shared residential or commercial building spaces.
2. Service Quotes and Bookings
Estimates: All quotes are estimates based on the information provided by the client. For End of Lease and Presalesservices, we reserve the right to adjust the final price if the property size or condition significantly differs from the initial description.
Confirmation: A booking is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation notice from M.g Cleaning Company.
3. Client Obligations
To ensure the highest quality of service, clients are responsible for:
Providing safe and unobstructed access to the premises at the scheduled time.
End of Lease/Presales: Ensuring the property is fully vacated of furniture and personal items unless otherwise agreed.
Utilities: Ensuring water and electricity are connected and available for use during the service period.
Disclosing any specific hazards, fragile items, or areas requiring special care.
4. Payments and Cancellations

Payment: Payment terms are outlined at the time of booking. We accept all major credit cards and electronic funds transfer.

Cancellations: We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
5. Intellectual Property

The content on this website, including the M.g logo, branding, text, and images, is the property of M.g Cleaning Company and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
6. Limitation of Liability
M.g Cleaning Company is fully insured for public liability. However, we are not liable for:
Damage resulting from wear and tear or pre-existing conditions of the property.
Items that cannot be cleaned due to permanent staining or structural damage.
Loss or damage caused by inaccurate information provided by the client.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon being posted on this website.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
